Onze klant is een toonaangevend expert in Europa op het gebied van professionele werkomgevingen. Al meer dan honderd jaar ontwerpt, produceert en verkoopt dit bedrijf designmeubilair en levert het alle daarbij behorende diensten. Ze helpen organisaties bij het optimaal inrichten van hun werkomgeving vanuit een duidelijke toekomstvisie. Zij staan daarbij voor duurzaam en tijdloos design: bij hen is design geen trend, maar een traditie! De klant heeft eigen vestigingen in Nederland, België, UK en Duitsland . Om het merk in al zijn facetten verder te laten groeien zijn wij voor de vestiging in Zaventem, per direct op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader van de customer service afdeling.

Voor de vacature als Business Developer is dit een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Via je netwerk, tussenpersonen (zoals studiebureaus, architecten, real estate), LinkedIn en directe contacten met facility managers, HR en directies, identificeer je kansen in de markt
  • Met jouw flair breid je jouw relationele netwerk uit, door aanwezig te zijn op seminars, in business clubs en via sociale media
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze in oplossingen met onze producten, services en circulaire concepten
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert een gezonde salesfunnel om jouw commerciële doelen te overtreffen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature als Business Developer zijn we op zoek naar iemand die zich in deze omschrijving herkent:

  • Minimaal een bacheloropleiding (denkniveau) en ervaring in een commerciële B2B-omgeving
  • Enige ervaring in prospectie en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met kantoorinrichting en interieur is een pré
  • Sterke communicatie- en luistervaardigheden, waarmee je klanten écht weet te overtuigen
  • Een resultaatgerichte mindset: je buigt tegenslagen moeiteloos om in nieuwe kansen
  • Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal
