Je komt terecht in een ondernemende omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen, sterke inhoudelijke expertise en veel ruimte voor initiatief. Je krijgt de autonomie om zelf commerciële opportuniteiten te ontwikkelen, relaties uit te bouwen en actief mee richting te geven aan onze verdere groei.

Jouw rol

Als Business Developer bouw je actief mee aan de commerciële groei van BruNetto en PIONIER.

Je brengt de markt in kaart, legt nieuwe contacten en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met ondernemers, zaakvoerders en HR-verantwoordelijken. Je leert hun organisatie kennen, detecteert opportuniteiten en vertaalt die samen met onze interne experten naar de juiste dienstverlening.

Concreet:

x je ontwikkelt nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten;

x je bouwt en beheert een duurzame pipeline;

x je bent actief aanwezig binnen relevante netwerken en op events;

x je voert gesprekken met potentiële klanten en detecteert noden rond payroll, loonbeleid, recruitment en HR;

x je volgt opportuniteiten gestructureerd op;

x je bouwt klantenrelaties verder uit;

x je denkt mee over commerciële initiatieven, partnerships en nieuwe groeikansen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een commercieel sterk, ondernemend en relationeel profiel dat energie krijgt van nieuwe business en duurzame klantenrelaties vanuit onze unieke dienstverlening.

x je hebt ervaring in business development, sales of B2B-dienstverlening;

x ervaring binnen HR, payroll, recruitment of bredere HR-dienstverlening is een meerwaarde maar laat het jou niet afremmen om te solliciteren;

x je legt vlot nieuwe contacten en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op;

x je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig;

x je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en denkt klantgericht;

x je volgt opportuniteiten gestructureerd op en houdt commerciële doelstellingen scherp.
