Onze klant, een Belgisch familiebedrijf met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring, maakt hoogwaardige interieurproducten op maat die perfect aansluit bij iedere woning en iedere woonstijl.

Het bedrijf is volop in beweging en wil verder groeien in Antwerpen en Limburg. Daarom zoeken we, in exclusieve samenwerking, een Business Developer die kansen ziet, relaties opbouwt en mee het verschil maakt.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Business Developer speel jij een sleutelrol in het verder uitbouwen én verstevigen van het netwerk van dealers en verkooppartners in de regio. Je beheert een portefeuille van een 50-tal accounts en combineert dat met actieve prospectie naar nieuwe, kwalitatieve klanten. Vanuit jouw regio, beheer je zelfstandig je agenda en werk je nauw samen met de Sales Manager. Je bent overwegend op de baan in combinatie met je home-office en een maandelijkse sales meeting op het hoofdkantoor in West-Vlaanderen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en versterkt je klantenportefeuille, met focus op langetermijnrelaties.
  • Je laat bestaande klanten groeien via up- en cross-selling van het assortiment.
  • Je brengt de markt in kaart en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe, high-end verkooppartners.
  • Je presenteert het merkverhaal en weet potentiële partners enthousiast te maken voor het merk en de producten.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun opstart en ondersteunt hen bij het gebruik van het digitale bestelplatform.
  • Je voert jaarlijkse commerciële gesprekken en maakt afspraken over omzet, kortingen en groeidoelstellingen.
  • Je bouwt en beheert je sales pipeline in het CRM en brengt beslissingsnemers bij prospects in kaart.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op beurzen en evenementen.

Je bent commercieel gedreven en krijgt energie van het uitbouwen van relaties, zowel bij bestaande klanten als bij nieuwe partners. Je voelt je thuis bij high-end klanten en hebt de présence om hen te overtuigen, niet bij industriële accounts. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt je eerste stappen in sales al gezet en ervaring met maatwerkproducten, interieurervaring is een grote plus.
  • Je weet hoe je relaties opbouwt en laat groeien van eerste kennismaking naar langdurige samenwerking.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en neemt zelf de lead in elk gesprek.
  • Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en blijft kansen zien, ook wanneer het niet direct lukt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig, en rapporteert transparant over je resultaten en marktsignalen.
