Voor een sterk groeiende familiale dienstverlener zoeken we een Business Developer die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de verdere commerciële uitbouw van de regio Antwerpen - Gent. In deze rol ligt de focus volledig op het aantrekken van nieuwe B2B-klanten en het creëren van duurzame commerciële opportuniteiten.

Ben jij iemand die graag deuren opent, relaties opbouwt en zelfstandig een markt uitbouwt? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Jouw functie Als Business Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbreiding van het klantenbestand binnen jouw regio.

Je:

  • Prospecteert actief naar nieuwe B2B-klanten.
  • Bouwt een eigen netwerk uit via cold calling, bezoeken en networking.
  • Detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze om in concrete afspraken.
  • Beheert en ontwikkelt je eigen prospectieportefeuille.
  • Volgt leads en opportuniteiten nauwgezet op via het CRM-systeem.
  • Onderhandelt commerciële voorstellen en sluit samenwerkingen af.
  • Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op een professionele manier bij bedrijven en decision makers.
  • Draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de onderneming in Antwerpen en Oost Vlaanderen
  • Succesvolle ervaring in B2B-verkoop van diensten.
  • Sterke focus op new business development.
  • Echte huntermentaliteit met ervaring in prospectie en klantenwerving.
  • Niet bang voor cold calling, netwerken en actieve marktbenadering.
  • Doorzetter die om kan gaan met afwijzingen en gemotiveerd blijft.
  • Zelfstandig en sterk in het beheren van planning en prioriteiten.
  • Gestructureerde aanpak met aandacht voor CRM-opvolging.
  • Commercieel sterk en in staat om vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten.
  • Resultaatgericht met een bewezen vermogen om deals af te sluiten.

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring binnen facility management, cleaning services of andere zakelijke dienstverlening.
  • Kennis van de economische markt in de regio Antwerpen - Gent.
  • Bestaand professioneel netwerk binnen bedrijven, vastgoedbeheer of facilitaire diensten.
  • Ervaring bij gerenommeerde spelers binnen de facilitaire sector.
