Ik ben Luc, mede-oprichter van MarketLeap. Wij zijn het externe salesteam van online gepositioneerde merken met een fysiek product. Onze klanten verkopen o.a. stoomreinigers, elektrische scooters, spark machines, pilates-reformers, stoelviltdoppen en autopoetsmiddelen. Wij zorgen dat die producten bij grote retailketens, groothandels en distributeurs terechtkomen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Niet met alleen een lijst aan leads of een ingeplande afspraak, maar met een getekende deal en een product in het schap.

Onze merken vind je terug bij de Makro, Coolblue, Albert Heijn, Decathlon, Praxis, Karwei, Bouwmaat, Welkoop, Intratuin, MediaMarkt, Intersport, Sport2000, en we zitten aan tafel met grote internationale distribiteurs. Dat zijn dus niet alleen logo's op onze site, dat zijn concrete deals die ons team heeft gerealiseerd. We bestaan sinds 2023, hebben ruim 140 klanttrajecten gedraaid en zijn winstgevend. We zoeken per direct versterking van één a twee business developers voor ons team van zes business developers en twee founders in Utrecht.

Taken Je bent de business developer van vijf tot zes merken tegelijk. Voor elk merk maak je een projectplan met heldere targets, zoek je de juiste afnemers, vindt je de beslissers, belt, mailt, plant de afspraak, voert het gesprek, maakt het voorstel en onderhandelt tot de handtekening. Daarna blijf jij het aanspreekpunt, want de herhaalorders zijn waar het geld zit, voor de klant en voor jou.

Zo ziet dit er in de praktijk uit. Zelf heb ik voor een van ons klanten een stoomreiniger bij Makro in het assortiment geplaatst, en de tweede,derde en vierde bestelling volgde. Een collega bouwde bij Decathlon een relatie op waar de orders sindsdien blijven doorlopen. In de eerste 30 dagen zorgde dit al voor tienduizenden euro's extra omzet voor onze klant.
