Als Business Developer B2B Verlichting krijg je de kans om volop de Vlaamse markt te verkennen en te ontwikkelen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor architecten, interieurarchitecten, installateurs en bouwheren die op zoek zijn naar unieke lichtoplossingen voor hun projecten. Je werkt niet met standaardcatalogi, maar overtuigt je gesprekspartners met een doordachte visie waarin verlichting een essentieel onderdeel vormt van architectuur en woonbeleving.

Je dag begint vaak met het voorbereiden van afspraken en het opvolgen van nieuwe leads. Je bezoekt potentiële klanten, netwerkt op events en blijft alert voor nieuwe projecten die nog in de startfase zitten. Je bouwt bruggen tussen onze expertise en de noden van de klant, en zodra je een duurzame relatie hebt opgebouwd, draag je het dossier over aan een accountmanager voor verdere opvolging.

  • Je hebt minstens een graduaat, professionele bachelor, academische bachelor of master diploma
  • Je beschikt over 2 tot 10+ jaar relevante commerciële ervaring binnen B2B

  • Je bent een geboren netwerker en haalt energie uit prospecteren
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op basis van vertrouwen
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met architectuur, interieur of design
  • Je beschikt over uitstekend commercieel inzicht en overtuigingskracht
  • Je bent klantgericht, ambitieus en kan goed argumenteren
