Jouw impact als Business Coach Beauty Centers

In deze rol ben jij veel meer dan een account manager. Je bent een groeipartner, coach én business developer.

Je helpt bestaande partners groeien én je bouwt actief mee aan de uitbreiding van het netwerk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Groei bij bestaande klanten

– Je bouwt sterke relaties op met schoonheidsinstituten en hun teams

– Je coacht en inspireert klanten om hun omzet en resultaten te verhogen

– Je analyseert opportuniteiten en zet concrete verbeteracties op

New business & netwerkuitbouw

– Je gaat actief op prospectie en opent nieuwe deuren

– Je overtuigt instituten om samen te werken

– Je presenteert ons franchiseconcept op een inspirerende en professionele manier

Coaching & opvolging

– Je traint teams rond verkoop, klantbeleving en productkennis

– Je zorgt voor een sterke en gestructureerde opvolging van klanten

  • Je helpt partners groeien als ondernemer, niet enkel als klant

Wat breng jij mee?

– Sterke commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid

– Overtuigingskracht en het talent om mensen te enthousiasmeren

– Goede kennis van Nederlands (Frans is een plus)

– Zelfstandigheid en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

– Je neemt initiatief en durft risico's nemen

– Je haalt energie uit interactie en het uitbouwen van relaties

– Je gaat vlot om met cijfers en statistieken

– Ervaring in sales of beautysector is een plus, geen must
