Als Business Developer ligt jouw focus volledig op het creëren van new business. Relatiebeheer staat niet centraal: prospecteren, deuren openen en deals sluiten wél. Dankzij jouw sectorervaring en bestaande netwerk herken je commerciële kansen snel en bouw je zelfstandig een sterke klantenportefeuille uit.

Jouw takenpakket:

- Je prospecteert actief naar nieuwe klanten in heel België en zet daarbij jouw bestaande netwerk binnen de cosmetische en esthetische sector slim in. - Klinieken, esthetische centra en andere professionals benader je via koude prospectie, netwerking en andere commerciële kanalen. - Van eerste contact en behoefteanalyse tot offerte, onderhandeling en contractondertekening: het volledige salesproces neem je zelfstandig in handen. - Marktkansen en concurrentieontwikkelingen volg je nauwgezet op om nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten te ontdekken. - Tijdens beurzen, congressen en netwerkevents vertegenwoordig je de organisatie professioneel en bouw je jouw netwerk verder uit.

Prospectie, koude acquisitie, onderhandelen en closen behoren tot jouw sterkste commerciële vaardigheden.

Targets geven je energie. Zelfstandig werken, initiatief nemen en blijven zoeken naar opportuniteiten passen helemaal bij jouw commerciële instelling.

Klanten en prospecten bezoeken in heel België vormt geen probleem. Daarbij communiceer je professioneel, bouw je snel vertrouwen op en laat je je niet afschrikken door een eerste nee.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Geen specifiek diploma vereist. Relevante commerciële ervaring, sectorkennis en aantoonbare salesresultaten zijn doorslaggevend.

- Vakkennis: Sterke ervaring met business development, koude prospectie, acquisitie, onderhandeling en closing binnen de cosmetische of esthetische sector. Een bestaand professioneel netwerk binnen deze markt is belangrijk.

- Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels spreek je vlot. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
