Om hun verdere groei in België te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Business Developer die de commerciële ontwikkeling in Vlaanderen verder uitbouwt en nieuwe opportuniteiten omzet in duurzame partnerships. De ideale kandidaat voelt zich thuis in een consultatieve salesomgeving waar complexe projecten, strategisch advies en lange termijnrelaties centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Business Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere commerciële groei van de Belgische markt, met een sterke focus op Vlaanderen. Je combineert prospectie, relatiebeheer en strategische business development om nieuwe opportuniteiten te identificeren en succesvol af te sluiten. Je gaat actief in gesprek met decision makers en bouwt relaties op met directieleden, marketingverantwoordelijken, operationele managers en IT-profielen. Dankzij jouw consultatieve aanpak weet je hun uitdagingen te vertalen naar innovatieve en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Daarnaast:

  • Ontwikkel je een duidelijke commerciële strategie voor jouw regio.
  • Detecteer en creëer je nieuwe business opportuniteiten binnen sectoren zoals retail, food, automotive, finance en andere dienstverlening.
  • Begeleid je complexe verkooptrajecten van eerste analyse tot contractondertekening.
  • Werk je nauw samen met interne specialisten om de haalbaarheid en kwaliteit van projecten te garanderen.
  • Volg je marktontwikkelingen, trends en concurrentie nauwlettend op en vertaal je deze inzichten naar commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Bouw je aan een sterk netwerk van klanten, partners en stakeholders.

Je bent een commercieel talent dat energie haalt uit het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business en het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties. Je begrijpt complexe organisaties en weet hoe je verschillende stakeholders rond de tafel krijgt. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen business development, solution sales of B2B-sales.
  • Ervaring met het verkopen van complexe oplossingen, projecten of diensten met een duidelijke meerwaarde voor de klant.
  • Affiniteit met technologie, digitale oplossingen, customer experience of innovatieve retailconcepten.
  • Een sterk netwerk binnen Vlaanderen en een goede kennis van de Belgische markt.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een ondernemende mindset en de drive om mee te bouwen aan verdere groei.
