InWarmteInWarmte Business Developer Duurzame Warmte- en Koudesystemen (WKO)(medior/ senior, 32-40 uur per week) De vraag naar duurzame warmte- en koudesystemen groeit explosief. Vastgoedontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties en woningbeleggers zoeken partners die niet alleen techniek leveren, maar ook langdurige zekerheid bieden via exploitatie- en prestatiecontracten. Over InWarmte InWarmte levert lokale duurzame warmte en koude. Hiervoor ontwikkelen en exploiteren we duurzame energie-installaties. Voor onze opdrachtgevers, veelal gebouweigenaren of ontwikkelaars, zoeken we uit waar hun behoefte ligt. Dit kan betekenen dat we een nieuwe opwekinstallatie bouwen, een bestaand energiesysteem overnemen, optimalisaties uitvoeren, energie inkopen, het contractbeheer uitvoeren of de klantadministratie overnemen. De afgelopen jaren hebben we tientallen warmteprojecten opgebouwd en nu leveren we duurzame warmte en koude aan 20.000+ huishoudens en zakelijke klanten. Dit doen we altijd met het idee om duurzame resultaten te behalen voor alle belanghebbenden; niet alleen voor de warmteleverancier of de ontwikkelaar, maar ook voor de vastgoedeigenaar, de installateur, de onderhoudspartij en natuurlijk voor de eindgebruiker. De functie We zoeken een resultaatgerichte commerciële projectontwikkelaar met sterke focus op acquisitie en marktontwikkeling. Hij/zij/die signaleert actief kansen, initieert nieuwe projecten en bouwt duurzame relaties op met vastgoedontwikkelaars, gemeenten, aannemers, woningcorporaties en beleggers . Combineert ondernemerschap met strategisch inzicht en weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar concrete projecten. Wat ga je doen? Als commercieel projectontwikkelaar ben jij de schakel tussen markt en techniek.
