Je bent geen standaard salesprofiel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor new business. Geen warme leads closen. Geen accountmanagement.

Wat je concreet doet?

  • Outbound sales Prospecten identificeren (KMO’s 5–100 medewerkers) Cold calling, mail, LinkedIn outreach Eerste gesprekken inplannen
  • Pipeline bouwen Suspects → prospects → qualified leads Kansen creëren voor onze closer
  • Kwalificatie Begrijpen waar bedrijven staan (chaos vs structuur vs performantie) Zeer creatief en autonoom. Match maken met onze oplossingen
  • Samenwerken met closing team Je brengt deals tot aan de juiste fase Complexe trajecten geef je door of doe je samen
  • Mee bouwen aan salesmachine Scripts verbeteren Feedback geven op markt Input leveren voor marketing

Je verkoopt geen software, maar gestructureerde processen, efficiënte projectwerking en geautomatiseerde administratie en finance die KMO’s ondersteunen in hun groei en professionalisering door minder manueel werk en meer controle en inzicht.

Wie we zoeken

  • 1-2 jaar in sales / business development
  • Ervaring met B2B (idealiter KMO’s)
  • Ervaring met services / software / digitalisatie = plus
  • Ervaring met Odoo
  • Energie krijgt van gesprekken starten vanuit nul
  • Energie krijgt van hunting en cold outreach
  • comfortabel is met nee krijgen
  • Autoriteit opbouwt door inzicht en structuur, niet door jargon
  • Graag samenwerkt en kennis deelt
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en afspraken nakomt
  • Nederlands vlot beheerst (Engels is een plus)
