Voor een opleidingscentrum in de regio Oostkamp zijn we op zoek naar een Business Developer die het industriële opleidingsaanbod uitbreidt en vernieuwt. In deze functie krijg je de kans om een duidelijke impact te realiseren binnen het industriële domein, samen met een geëngageerd en mensgericht team.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Business Developer vervul je een gevarieerde en strategische rol waarin je de brug vormt tussen marktbehoeften, inhoud en organisatie
  • Je initieert en ontwikkelt actief nieuwe opleidingen binnen industriële toepassingen en blaast tegelijk nieuw leven in het bestaande aanbod
  • Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega’s om te zorgen voor een inhoudelijk sterke opleiding, een correcte prijsstrategie en het waarborgen van een hoog kwaliteitsniveau
  • Je brengt de noden van bedrijven en cursisten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar relevante en toekomstgerichte opleidingsinitiatieven
  • Verder identificeer en selecteer je geschikte docenten en bouw je duurzame samenwerkingen uit met bedrijven en sectororganisaties
  • Ook ben je regelmatig aanwezig op netwerkevenementen, waar je kansen detecteert en relaties verder versterkt
  • Tot slot rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Director en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het strategische beleid
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Master/Bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische/financiële richting (Elektromechanica, Handelsingenieur)
  • Ofwel ben je technisch aangelegd en heb je commerciële affiniteit, ofwel heb je een financiële achtergrond en een goede technische kennis
  • Je hebt industriële werkervaring en bent een goede bruggenbouwer
