Daarvoor breng je de juiste expertise samen en bewaak je marktgerichtheid, haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit.

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met directeurs van de expertisenetwerken, opleidingshoofden, experten, accountmanagers en andere collega's met contacten in het werkveld. Jij brengt de businessmatige blik en zorgt ervoor dat expertise wordt vertaald naar marktgerichte en levensvatbare proposities.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Je detecteert kansen en ontwikkelt businesscases:

  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen in sectoren, arbeidsmarkt en samenleving en vertaalt die naar kansen voor levenslang leren.
  • Je onderzoekt behoeften, marktpotentieel, concurrentie en relevante alternatieven.
  • Je vertaalt opportuniteiten naar concrete opleidingsconcepten en proposities.
  • Je werkt businesscases uit met aandacht voor doelgroep, waardepropositie, prijszetting, rendabiliteit, capaciteit, investeringen en risico's.
  • Je brengt de nodige informatie samen om gefundeerde beslissingen over verdere ontwikkeling mogelijk te maken.

Je verbindt markt en expertise:

  • Je brengt experten, opleidingsprofessionals en andere stakeholders samen rond nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt over verschillende expertisedomeinen heen en ziet waar expertise en markten elkaar kunnen versterken.
  • Je zoekt actief naar mogelijkheden om expertise te combineren en nieuwe, ook cross-sectorale, proposities te ontwikkelen.

Je helpt proposities realiseren en versterken:

  • Je werkt samen met collega's aan de verdere ontwikkeling en positionering van nieuwe proposities.
  • Je blijft betrokken tot een initiatief voldoende scherp en haalbaar is om naar uitvoering te gaan.
  • Je volgt eerste resultaten en marktfeedback mee op en gebruikt deze inzichten om proposities verder te versterken.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in business development, markt- of productontwikkeling, innovatie of een vergelijkbare commerciële ontwikkelrol. Je hebt daarbij aantoonbare ervaring met het analyseren van opportuniteiten en het vertalen ervan naar concrete proposities en onderbouwde businesscases.
  • Je bent ondernemend en ziet kansen, maar onderzoekt ze ook kritisch.
  • Je hebt een goed begrip van commerciële en financiële vraagstukken zoals marktpotentieel, prijszetting en rendabiliteit.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk én verbindend: je brengt mensen, expertise en perspectieven samen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief, maar zoekt actief samenwerking wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar ontwikkelingen in de arbeidsmarkt, sectoren en de wereld van leren.
  • Affiniteit met hoger onderwijs, opleidingen of levenslang leren is een pluspunt.
