Als Outside Sales / Business Development Manager ben jij het commerciële gezicht van onze luchtvrachtafdeling. Je bouwt actief aan een sterk klantenportfolio, bezoekt prospects en bestaande klanten, en vertaalt hun logistieke uitdagingen naar slimme, efficiënte oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze operationele teams en hebt de vrijheid om jouw regio en klantenbestand strategisch te laten groeien.

Wat ga je doen

  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en uitbreiden van bestaande relaties
  • Identificeren van commerciële kansen binnen de luchtvrachtmarkt
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en tenders
  • Adviseren van klanten over logistieke oplossingen, tarieven en service-opties
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf op beurzen, events en klantbezoeken
  • Marktontwikkelingen monitoren en vertalen naar commerciële strategieën

Wat breng jij mee

  • Ervaring in sales binnen de logistiek, bij voorkeur luchtvracht
  • Een ondernemende mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Resultaatgerichtheid en een natuurlijke drive om te scoren
  • Zelfstandigheid, maar ook een teamspeler die graag schakelt met collega’s
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om regelmatig onderweg te zijn
