Onze klant is een gevestigde, solide partner binnen de logistieke sector. Het betreft een internationale toeleverancier die bekendstaat om zijn hoogwaardige dienstverlening op het vlak van containertransport en maritieme expeditie. Omdat de farma- en healthcaresector specifieke logistieke eisen stelt (zoals temperatuurgecontroleerd transport en GDP-richtlijnen), wil deze organisatie een gespecialiseerde farmaceutische niche uitbouwen.

Het bedrijf investeert sterk in de instroom en doorgroei van talent en combineert een professionele, internationale dynamiek met een mensgerichte en warme bedrijfscultuur.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Proactief in kaart brengen en benaderen van potentiële farma- en healthcareklanten binnen de Benelux om de logistieke dienstverlening strategisch uit te breiden.
  • Vertalen van complexe supply chain vraagstukken van farmaceutische bedrijven naar op maat gemaakte, betrouwbare transportoplossingen (luchtvracht, zeevracht en wegtransport).
  • Onderhandelen over langetermijncontracten en commerciële tarieven, met focus op duurzame win-winoplossingen.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk persoonlijk netwerk via relevante farma- en logistieke netwerkevents.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van markt- en regelgevingstrends binnen de farmaceutische logistiek (zoals GDP-compliance).
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijk zijn voor jouw marktgebied en business development (zonder directe teamleiding).
  • Nauw samenwerken met farma-expediteurs, inside sales en de Quality Manager (GDP).
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Commercieel Directeur.

Jouw ideale achtergrond

  • Bachelor- of masteropleiding in een commerciële, logistieke of wetenschappelijke richting, met minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante commerciële ervaring (bij voorkeur in farma-logistiek of de farmaceutische sector).
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een sterke troef.
  • Goede IT-kennis, inclusief ervaring met CRM-systemen (zoals Salesforce of Dynamics) en MS Office.
  • Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen duurzame relaties op directieniveau op te bouwen.
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met GDP-richtlijnen en geconditioneerd transport.
  • Ondernemend, proactief en resultaatgericht, met energie om nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren.
  • Integer en discreet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie en farmaceutische tenders.
