Vacature. Business Developer Public. ARP groeit! Onze groeistrategie staat niet alleen op papier, we brengen deze iedere dag in de praktijk. Daarom zoeken we een Business Developer Public die mee wil bouwen aan onze positie binnen het publieke domein. Iemand die complexe salestrajecten niet uit de weg gaat, sterke relaties opbouwt en energie krijgt van groei! Groei voor zowel klanten én voor jezelf. Jij bent iemand die niet afwacht, maar kansen creëert. In deze rol richt jij je volledig op organisaties binnen de overheid en semi-overheid. Denk aan onderwijsinstellingen, gemeenten, provincies en andere publieke organisaties. Organisaties met complexe IT-vraagstukken, uiteenlopende stakeholders en vaak uitdagende aanbestedingstrajecten. Juist daar voel jij je op je best. Jij begrijpt hoe besluitvorming binnen het publieke domein werkt en weet relaties op te bouwen op zowel tactisch als strategisch niveau. Je bent veel meer dan een commerciële gesprekspartner. Je denkt mee, adviseert, signaleert kansen en weet verschillende partijen met elkaar te verbinden. Daarbij schakel je moeiteloos tussen klanten, vendoren, fabrikanten en interne specialisten. Je werkt veel samen met collega's, maar runt tegelijkertijd je eigen business. Dat vraagt ondernemerschap, eigenaarschap en de drive om continu kansen te creëren én te benutten. Je komt terecht in een team van ervaren professionals die elkaar uitdagen, kennis delen en samen willen groeien. We geloven sterk in samenwerken en elkaar beter maken. Even sparren over een aanbesteding, samen een complexe klantcase aanpakken of elkaar helpen om een deal naar het volgende niveau te brengen: dat is bij ARP de standaard. De klanten bevinden zich door heel Nederland. Je bent daarom regelmatig onderweg en meerdere dagen per week bij klanten aanwezig.
