Als Retail Development Specialist combineer je commerciële feeling met analytisch inzicht. Je volgt de prestaties van het netwerk van nabij op, bouwt sterke partnerships uit en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten die bijdragen aan de groei.

  • Het beheren en ontwikkelen van bestaande partnerships en andere strategische samenwerkingen.
  • Het mee uitwerken en opvolgen van de prijsstrategie binnen ons netwerk.
  • Het analyseren van verkoopresultaten, volumes en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Het monitoren van concurrentieactiviteiten en het formuleren van aanbevelingen op basis van je analyses.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van forecasts en commerciële prognoses.
  • Het ondersteunen van contractonderhandelingen en commerciële dossiers.

Je bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt, cijfers begrijpt en commerciële opportuniteiten weet om te zetten in concrete resultaten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een commerciële mindset.
  • Interesse in retail, business development en marktanalyses.
  • Basiskennis van handelshuurwetgeving of de bereidheid om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
