De afgelopen jaren realiseerde het netwerk al meer dan €60 miljoen omzet voor klanten. Om die ambitie verder waar te maken, is de organisatie op zoek naar een ondernemende (m/v/x): Business Developer & Sales Specialist

Wat ga je doen?

Als Business Developer & Sales Specialist vorm je de schakel tussen bedrijven en commerciële profielen:

  • Je behandelt inkomende leads, prospecteert actief bij bedrijven en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met nieuwe klanten
  • Je matcht verkopers met bedrijven, pitcht profielen en volgt het traject op tot een succesvolle opstart
  • Je verkoopt én geeft sales coaching aan bedrijven en verkopers die hun commerciële resultaten willen versterken
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere groei, werking en cultuur van de organisatie

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent commercieel sterk: je hebt minstens 2 jaar saleservaring en beschikt over sterke peopleskills. Ervaring in HR is een meerwaarde
  • Je hebt lef en durf. Je bent niet bang van een “nee” en krijgt energie van prospecteren, overtuigen, onderhandelen en closen
  • Je weet mensen mee te krijgen met je verhaal en schakelt moeiteloos tussen gesprekken met bedrijfsleiders en kandidaten
  • Je hebt een ondernemersmentaliteit: je neemt initiatief, wil winnen en hebt zin om iets op te bouwen. Je ziet kansen waar anderen ze misschien niet meteen zien
  • Je kiest bewust voor werken op zelfstandige basis, met de vrijheid, financiële groei en verantwoordelijkheid die daarbij horen
