Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Business Developer die bestaande klanten opnieuw activeert, commerciële opportuniteiten detecteert en op termijn de markt verder uitbreidt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Business Developer word je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van commerciële relaties binnen jouw regio. Je start vanuit een stevige bestaande basis van klanten en slapende accounts die opnieuw geactiveerd kunnen worden.

Je combineert relatiebeheer met commerciële ontwikkeling en bouwt stap voor stap jouw eigen netwerk verder uit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Heractiveren van slapende klanten en voormalige samenwerkingen.
  • Opvolgen en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Detecteren van opleidingsnoden en groeipotentieel bij klanten.
  • Adviseren van bedrijven rond technische en veiligheidsopleidingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van commerciële voorstellen.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame partnerships op lange termijn.
  • Actief identificeren van nieuwe marktsegmenten en prospecten.
  • Geleidelijk uitbreiden van jouw klantenportefeuille door gerichte prospectie.
  • Samenwerken met interne specialisten en opleidingscoördinatoren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de commerciële groei van de organisatie.

  • Groeifase: steeds meer aandacht voor prospectie en marktontwikkeling.
  • Ideale mix voor een commerciële professional die graag bouwt aan langdurige relaties, maar ook energie haalt uit new business.

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Bachelor denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische B2B-salesomgeving.
  • Affiniteit met techniek, industrie, veiligheid of opleidingen.
  • Ervaring met het verkopen van technische diensten of oplossingen is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van de opleidingsmarkt is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met industriële bedrijven, productieomgevingen, logistieke organisaties of technische diensten is zeer interessant.
  • Commercieel sterk met een professionele adviesgerichte aanpak.
  • Je combineert farming met een uitgesproken huntingmentaliteit.
  • Ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een KMO-omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.

Gewenste woonplaats

  • Regio Antwerpen – Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Idealiter woonachtig op of nabij de grens tussen beide provincies.

Talen

  • Nederlands: uitstekend.
  • Frans: mooie plus.
