Als Business Development Manager bij Asap ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere groei van de regio Limburg & Kempen. Dankzij jouw commerciële drive, strategisch inzicht en sterke netwerk weet je nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren én om te zetten in langdurige samenwerkingen.

Wat ga je doen? - Nieuwe klanten aantrekken en bestaande relaties verder uitbouwen binnen middelgrote en grote organisaties. - Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren, onderhandelingen voeren en oplossingen op maat uitwerken. - Offertes, prijsvoorstellen en aanbestedingen (BID-management) opvolgen en succesvol afronden. - Sterke relaties opbouwen met beslissingsnemers en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus, waaronder C-level. - Actief netwerken via evenementen, LinkedIn en andere commerciële initiatieven om jouw regio verder uit te bouwen. - Nauw samenwerken met interne collega's en alle commerciële activiteiten correct opvolgen in het CRM-systeem.

Een sterk commercieel netwerk in de regio Limburg en/of Kempen vormt een grote troef. Ervaring met complexe salestrajecten, onderhandelingen en BID-management. Communicatief sterk en overtuigend in gesprekken en presentaties. Ondernemend, resultaatgericht en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.

- Opleidingsvereisten: In het bezit van een Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Talenkennis: Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
