Als Business Developer ben jij de hunter die nieuwe markten aanboort en klanten weet te overtuigen van hoogwaardige, innovatieve en ecologische verpakkingsoplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en het salesteam om commerciële kansen te benutten en sterke, langdurige relaties op te bouwen.

Jouw taken

  • In kaart brengen van potentiële klanten en linken van hun behoeften aan de juiste verpakkingsoplossingen.
  • Actief benaderen van prospects via telefoon, netwerk en marktgerichte acties.
  • Voorbereiden en voeren van klantgesprekken, ondersteund door onderzoeksresultaten en innovatieve productvoorstellen.
  • Luisteren naar de klant, behoeften analyseren en interne afstemming voor een op maat gemaakte oplossing.
  • Calculeren van nieuwe projecten en opvolgen tot aan de succesvolle deal.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met het salesteam en de directie over commerciële strategieën, ondersteuningsnoden en behaalde successen.
  • Ervaring in b2b sales, in de plastic verpakkingssector.
  • Passie voor duurzame oplossingen en circulair gebruik van materialen.
  • Sterke commerciële flair, creatief denkvermogen en analytische aanpak.
  • Proactieve, ondernemende mindset en resultaatgerichte instelling.
  • Vlotte communicatie en luistervaardigheid om deuren te openen en relaties op te bouwen.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en zeer goede beheersing van Frans en Engels.
