Onze klant is een multidisciplinair bureau dat innovatieve projecten realiseert en verschillende expertises samenbrengt. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de dynamiek en creativiteit van een kleinschalig atelier samengaan met de structuur en mogelijkheden van een groter bureau. Als Business Development Architect werk je nauw samen met ontwerp- en engineeringteams en draag je bij aan projecten waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en visie centraal staan.

Je krijgt een begeleid groeitraject dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring en ambities. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om jouw netwerk uit te bouwen en deel te nemen aan teambuildings, architectuurcafés en inspirerende architectuurreizen. Zo ontwikkel je niet alleen nieuwe business, maar ook jouw eigen professionele verhaal binnen een collegiale en ambitieuze omgeving.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe maak jij van een eerste contact een duurzame samenwerking?

  • Als Business Development Architect verbind je architecturale expertise met commerciële ontwikkeling en help je bepalen welke projecten in Brussel, Wallonië en mogelijk de Duitstalige regio op de agenda komen.
  • Je bouwt doelgericht aan een netwerk van klanten, publieke opdrachtgevers, partners en andere stakeholders. Door hun behoeften goed te begrijpen, creëer je duurzame relaties en nieuwe samenwerkingen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten, publieke opdrachten, aanbestedingen en architectuurwedstrijden volg je actief op. Je beoordeelt hun strategische waarde en vertaalt relevante kansen naar concrete acties.
  • Samen met ontwerp- en engineeringteams coördineer je haalbaarheidsstudies, quick scans en tenderdossiers. Zo versterk je de inhoudelijke kwaliteit én de overtuigingskracht van voorstellen.
  • Vanaf het eerste contact tot contractonderhandeling, ontwerp, uitvoering en oplevering blijf je een betrokken aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je bewaakt verwachtingen, continuïteit en klanttevredenheid doorheen het volledige traject.
  • Als commerciële architect vertaal je de visie en expertise van een multidisciplinair bureau naar heldere oplossingen voor klanten en partners. Je maakt zichtbaar welke meerwaarde de verschillende disciplines samen kunnen bieden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, ingenieurs, interieurarchitecten en urban planners in een organisatie die de creativiteit van een kleinschalig atelier combineert met de structuur en slagkracht van een groter bureau.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om jouw groeipad mee vorm te geven: afhankelijk van je ervaring en ambities kan de verhouding tussen architectuur en business development geleidelijk evolueren. Zo bouw je niet alleen nieuwe business uit, maar ook een herkenbare professionele positie als Business Development Architect.

Kan jij visie vertalen naar concrete opportuniteiten en weet jij mensen te enthousiasmeren voor een sterk project?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in architectuur of ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Inschrijving bij de Orde van Architecten is vereist.
  • Je brengt meer dan tien jaar relevante ervaring mee binnen architectuur, engineering, bouwprojecten of een gelijkaardige projectomgeving. Ervaring met bijvoorbeeld residentiële, zorg-, kantoor-, logistieke, industriële, culturele of publieke projecten is waardevol.
  • Business development, prospectie, accountmanagement en het ontwikkelen van duurzame klantrelaties zijn je vertrouwde werkterreinen. Je combineert commerciële slagkracht met voldoende inhoudelijke architectuurkennis om geloofwaardig met experten en opdrachtgevers te overleggen.
  • Ervaring met publieke aanbestedingen, tenders of projectcompetities helpt je om opportuniteiten correct in te schatten en kwalitatieve dossiers samen met interne teams te realiseren.
  • Strategisch inzicht, overtuigingskracht en een verbindende communicatiestijl zijn essentieel: je brengt mensen en expertises samen, luistert actief en zet visie om in haalbare projecten.
  • Voor contacten in de regio is professioneel gebruik van Nederlands en Frans nodig; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
