Business Development Consultant - Engineering, EPC, Energy & Maritime Bouw aan nieuwe business én aan je eigen markt Bij Bennet & Boss en Mansource werken we al meer dan 20 jaar binnen technische markten zoals Engineering, EPC, Construction, Procurement, Energy, Renewables, Process Industrie en Maritime. We hebben een sterk netwerk, langdurige klantrelaties en veel kennis van de markten waarin we actief zijn. Tegelijkertijd zien we nog volop ruimte om verder te groeien. Daarom zoeken we een Business Development Consultant die nieuwe kansen ziet, deuren weet te openen en relaties kan uitbouwen tot concrete samenwerkingen. Dit is geen rol waarin je alleen een bestaande klantenportefeuille beheert. Je gaat zelf de markt in, bepaalt waar kansen liggen en bouwt actief aan nieuwe business. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt veel ruimte om jouw commerciële aanpak zelf vorm te geven. Je onderzoekt interessante organisaties, projecten en martkontwikkelingen en brengt in kaart waar Bennet & Boss en Mansource waarde kunnen toevoegen. Je spreekt met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus van projectmanagement en procurement tot HR, Talent Acquisition en directie. Je leert hun organisatie en uitdagingen kennen en vertaalt die naar concrete commerciële mogelijkheden. In de praktijk betekent dat onder andere: - Nieuwe klanten, projecten en commerciële kansen identificeren. - Target accounts en technische markten in kaart brengen. - Contact leggen met relevante beslissers en nieuwe gesprekken creëren. - Klantrelaties opbouwen en verder ontwikkelen. - Opportunities omzetten in opdrachten, samenwerkingen en raamovereenkomsten. - Commerciële voorwaarden bespreken en onderhandelen. - Nauw samenwerken met onze recruitment consultants om nieuwe opdrachten successvol in te vullen. - Marktinformatie delen en bijdragen aan onze commerciële strategie.
