* ** Unterstützung bzw. eigenständige Betreuung im kundenspezifischen Energieeinkauf für Strom und Erdgas ** Ausarbeitung von strategischen Beschaffungsstrategien, Hedging-Konzepten, Poolstrategien und strukturierter Vermarktung ** Analyse von Markt-, Preis-, Erzeugungs- und Verbrauchsdaten sowie Unterstützung bei Kalkulation, Angebot und Vertragsgestaltung

Strategische Vermarktung & innovative Energielösungen

* ** Mitarbeit bei der Vermarktung von Energie aus Wasser, Wind und PV über EEG-, BEG- und Corporate-PPA-Modelle ** Unterstützung bei Speicheroptimierung, Marktoptimierung, Regelenergievermarktung, Peer-to-Peer-Vermarktung und Pay-per-Use-Finanzierungs-Modellen ** Entwicklung von Lösungen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden mit Fokus auf Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und sinnvolle Umsetzung

Energietechnik, IT & Projektentwicklung

* ** Mitwirkung bei EMS-, Steuerungs- und IT-Lösungen sowie bei der Suche und Koordination geeigneter Partnerbetriebe ** Je nach Qualifikation Mitarbeit bei Aufdach-PV, Freiflächen-PV und Carportlösungen, Stromspeichern, Ladeinfrastruktur sowie Netz- und Trafostationsplanung im Bereich 10/20/30 kV ** Technisch-wirtschaftliche Vorprüfung von Projekten unter der Prämisse: Was ist machbar, was ist vernünftig, was ist langfristig sinnvoll?

Vertrieb, Business Development & Entwicklung

* ** Unterstützung bei Kundenakquise, CRM, Reporting, Key Account Management und laufender Kundenbetreuung ** Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Energiebereich ** Entwicklungsperspektive bis zum Key Account Management, zur Bereichsleitung oder - bei entsprechendem Potenzial - bis in die Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil:

* Du bist offen, kommunikativ, unternehmerisch denkend und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Kund:innen * Du bringst Vertriebskompetenz, technisches Interesse und den Willen mit, Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten * Du interessierst Dich für Energie, Technik, IT, KI, Daten, Wirtschaft und innovative Geschäftsmodelle * Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und lösungsorientiert und kannst technische sowie wirtschaftliche Themen verbinden * Besonders spannend sind Backgrounds aus Stromhandel, Energiewirtschaft, Energieberatung, Energiemanagement, Elektrotechnik, IT, Automatisierung oder aus vergleichbaren Unternehmen wie Energieberatungs- und Technologiebetrieben

Die Vergütung richtet sich nach dem Metaller-Kollektivvertrag und wird entsprechend deiner Qualifikation, Ausbildung und beruflichen Erfahrung in den genannten Bereichen festgelegt. Sie beträgt mindestens € 2.727,40 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit bis € 4.299,70 brutto.
