Hier sind die Geschäftsbereiche Plansee und CERATIZIT sowie zentrale Konzernfunktionen angesiedelt, die Innovationen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette der Pulvermetall... 1 Business Development Expert Aerospace and Defense (m/w/d) Aufgaben: Als Business Development Expert/ Produktmanager Aerospace & Defense gestalten Sie als zentraler Akteur unsere globalen Marktaktivitäten und den Erfolg dieses strategischen Geschäftsfelds. Gemeinsam mit dem Application Group Manager erschließen Sie Marktpotenziale, entwickeln Schlüsselkunden und Anwendungen und verbinden Kunden, Vertrieb und interne Experten zu überzeugenden Lösungen. So schaffen Sie nachhaltige Wertschöpfung und treiben das Wachstum der gesamten Plansee Gruppe voran.

* Strategische Entwicklung ausgewählter Bestands- und Neukunden im Bereich Aerospace & Defense sowie Erschließung neuer Markt-, Anwendungs- und Wertschöpfungspotenziale * Identifikation technischer und kaufmännischer Chancen bei Kundenbesuchen sowie Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Application Group Manager und den lokalen Vertriebsteams * Analyse von Märkten und Wettbewerbern, frühzeitige Erkennung relevanter Kunden-, Produkt- und Anwendungstrends sowie Ableitung von Impulsen für Portfolio, Business Cases und Entwicklungsprojekte * Steuerung von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklungsaktivitäten über alle relevanten Schnittstellen hinweg - von Inside Sales und Engineering bis Produktion, Qualität und Supply Chain - sowie konsequente Überführung der Projekte ins Seriengeschäft * Technisch-kaufmännische Unterstützung von Inside Sales und den lokalen Vertriebsteams sowie Stärkung des Wissensaustauschs in der HPM Business Development Community

Ihr Profil: * Technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Werkstofftechnik; alternativ eine technische Fach- oder Meisterausbildung mit umfangreicher relevanter Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten technischen Funktion; Erfahrungen im Bereich Aerospace& Defense sind von Vorteil * Starkes technisches Verständnis, kaufmännischer Blick und Freude daran, Kundengeschäft strategisch weiterzuentwickeln * Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen in technisch realisierbare und wirtschaftlich attraktive Lösungen zu übersetzen, verbunden mit überzeugender Kommunikation und internationaler Teamorientierung * Sehr gutes Englisch sowie Bereitschaft zu Kundenreisen und zeitlich begrenzten Einsätzen an anderen Plansee-Standorten
