  • Business Development & Account Management: Je identificeert en ontwikkelt nieuwe afzetmarkten, klantsegmenten en groeikansen om de commerciële positie van de organisatie verder uit te bouwen. Daarnaast onderhoud en versterk je duurzame relaties met bestaande klanten, waarbij je inspeelt op hun veranderende behoeften en opportuniteiten detecteert voor verdere samenwerking en omzetgroei.
  • Consultative Selling: Je opent deuren bij strategische prospecten door hun noden en uitdagingen feilloos te detecteren en te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
  • Marktintelligentie & Input: Je fungeert als de strategische link tussen de markt en onze organisatie. Je voedt het marketingteam met cruciale marktinformatie en trends om lead generation-campagnes te optimaliseren.
  • Projectbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject, waarbij je zowel autonoom opereert als naadloos samenwerkt met het interne team.
  • Reisbereidheid: Je bent bereid om te reizen naar klanten en beurzen, waarbij je het juiste evenwicht vindt tussen aanwezigheid op kantoor en face-to-face overleg met internationale partners.
  • Opleiding: Je bent in het bezit van een Master in Mechanical Engineering (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur). Een Professional Bachelor in de Mechanica met relevante jaren ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt een solide trackrecord in technische solution sales, bij voorkeur binnen de machinebouw of complexe projectmatige omgevingen.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een sterke troef; elke andere extra taal is een absoluut pluspunt.
  • Business Mindset: Jouw focus ligt voor 75% op Business Development (het identificeren en converteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten) en voor 25% op Account Management (het verdiepen van bestaande klantrelaties).
  • Tech & AI Savvy: Je werkt gestructureerd vanuit een CRM-systeem (A tot Z) en hebt een actieve interesse in het inzetten van software, apps en AI-tools om je salesproces te versnellen en te optimaliseren.
