Als Business Development Manager ben jij de motor achter onze verdere groei. Je detecteert, benadert en overtuigt nieuwe klanten om samen te werken met Auctim.

Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond, ervaring en interesse bepalen we samen in welk gespecialiseerd domein (bijvoorbeeld Agri & Grondverzet, Logistiek & Transport, Classic Cars & Oldtimers, Industrie & Machines, faillissementen, enzovoort) jij je zal focussen . Zo werk je in een sector waarin jij jouw netwerk, expertise en passie optimaal kan benutten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Prospecteren en hunten: Actief speuren naar nieuwe zakelijke kansen en leads omzetten in langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Technisch adviseren: Met jouw technische expertise begeleid je klanten bij het optimaal verkopen van hun materieel via onze online veilingen.
  • Relaties uitbouwen: Sterke, duurzame relaties opbouwen met bedrijven binnen verschillende technische sectoren.
  • Marktuitbreiding: Actief bijdragen aan de uitbreiding van ons netwerk in bestaande én nieuwe markten.
  • Strategisch meedenken: Je vertaalt marktinzichten naar commerciële kansen en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe sectoren.

Minimaal een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring in sales, business development of consultative selling.

Een bewezen track record in actieve prospectie (huntermentaliteit).

Technische affiniteit en in staat om vlot te schakelen met operationele en technische stakeholders.

Specifiek voor faillissementen: Bachelor of master in Rechtspraktijk, Bedrijfsmanagement, Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring én juridische affiniteit.

Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden in het Nederlands, ook vlot in Frans en Engels.

Zelfstandige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkstijl.

Teamplayer die openstaat voor samenwerking en kennisdeling.
