The posting

Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van onze Payroll & HR-diensten binnen jouw regio (focus op regio Oost -en West-Vlaanderen, aangevuld met een gedeelte in Vlaams-Brabant en Antwerpen).

Je detecteer opportuniteiten bij lokale besturen en ondersteunt hen bij de optimalisatie en digitalisering van hun HR- en payrollprocessen. Je combineert marktinzicht met commerciële slagkracht en werkt samen met interne experten om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar haalbare en duurzame oplossingen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het afsluiten, beheren en herzien van contracten met steden, gemeenten en OCMW’s.
  • Proactief identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en het realiseren van upselling door in te spelen op de behoeften van klanten.
  • Luisteren naar de oprechte noden van klanten en deze vertalen naar duurzame oplossingen en groeikansen.
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een commerciële aanpak binnen jouw regio
  • Uitbouwen en opvolgen van een gestructureerde pipeline (incl. forecasting)
  • Uitwerken van voorstellen en offertes in samenwerking met de offertedienst
  • Adviseren van klanten rond payroll en HR-digitalisering
  • Realiseren van vooropgestelde omzet- en margedoelstellingen
  • Correcte registratie en opvolging in Salesforce
