Als Business Development Manager ben jij volledig zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor jouw salestrajecten van A tot Z. Management schetst de kaders en de grote lijnen van de propositie. Aan jou als ondernemende bouwer de taak om deze in de praktijk te testen, aan te scherpen en te verkopen. Je floreert wanneer je volledig autonoom de markt in duikt en bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor verschillende niveaus. Jouw rol is verdeeld in drie componenten: - Kansen spotten, proactief benaderen van en het gesprek openen met grotere bedrijven in de sectoren Techniek, Transport en nieuwe markten. Dit doe je met jouw netwerk, lef en enthousiasme om deuren binnen te openen en slimme AI-ondersteuning. - Fysieke adviesgesprekken voeren bij potentiële opdrachtgevers om strategisch mee te denken over hun capaciteitsvraagstukken. Klanten zien jou niet als leverancier, maar als strategisch partner. Je bevraagt complexe vraagstukken tot de absolute kern en vertaalt deze feilloos naar waardevolle contracten en langdurige samenwerkingen. - Go-To-Market & procesoptimalisatie: Direct samenwerken met onze B2B-marketeers om proposities, marktbenaderingen en lead conversies continu naar een hoger niveau te tillen en sales cyclussen te versnellen.
