Als Sales Executive ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter de commerciële groei van een innovatieve speler binnen de internationale logistiek. Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe klantenrelaties, ontdekt opportuniteiten in de markt en weet bedrijven te overtuigen van slimme en efficiënte transportoplossingen.

Jij bent graag onderweg, legt makkelijk contacten en krijgt energie van het openen van deuren die voor anderen gesloten blijven. Tegelijk onderhoud je bestaande klantenrelaties en zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord, geholpen en gewaardeerd voelen.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag start je met een inspirerende online presentatie voor een potentiële klant, de andere dag zit je aan tafel bij een prospect om samen naar logistieke uitdagingen en oplossingen te kijken.

Daarnaast:

  • Spot je nieuwe commerciële kansen in de markt.
  • Plan en voer je prospectiegesprekken uit.
  • Bezoek je klanten en prospects in België.
  • Bouw je langdurige relaties uit met beslissingsnemers.
  • Volg je jouw salesactiviteiten nauwkeurig op via CRM.
  • Werk je nauw samen met collega's van Inside Sales en Operations.
  • Verzamel en kwalificeer je nieuwe leads.
  • Denk je actief mee over de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen agenda te beheren en je commerciële talent maximaal in te zetten. Je voelt je thuis in de wereld van internationale logistiek en begrijpt de uitdagingen waarmee bedrijven dagelijks worden geconfronteerd. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je vertrouwen op te bouwen en als een echte sparringpartner op te treden.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen luchtvracht, zeevracht of forwarding.
  • Je hebt een passie voor sales, prospectie en business development.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bouwt moeiteloos relaties op met klanten en beslissingsnemers.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar gelooft sterk in teamwork.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent gedreven om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen én te overtreffen.
