You take ownership of your pipeline and results, keep your promises, and build long-term relationships. You are curious, commercially ambitious, and not afraid to challenge existing processes when there is room for improvement. Just as importantly, you pursue sustainable growth and never make commitments that the organization cannot reliably fulfill. What you will do · Acquire new clients and develop new markets, with a strong focus on knowledge-intensive and regulated environments. · Expand strategic client relationships and identify new opportunities with existing clients, both nationally and internationally. · Translate client needs and market developments into analytical services and commercial propositions. · Build and actively manage a high-quality sales pipeline, account plans, and market development plans. · Negotiate and close sustainable commercial agreements that safeguard both client value and Brightlabs' interests. · Work closely with Operations, Quality, Project Leaders, and management to ensure that commercial commitments can be met. · Represent Brightlabs during client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
