Business Development Manager Amsterdam (hybrid) Over Twelve Twelve bestaat omdat de iconische plekken die mensen samenbrengen - de sportclub , het festival , het stadion , de lunchroom op de hoek - meer operationele druk ervaren dan ooit. Krappe marges. Te weinig handen. Systemen die het juist laten afweten als het druk is. Te veel van die plekken verdwijnen. Niet omdat ze slecht zijn in gastvrijheid, maar omdat het runnen van een locatie te complex is geworden. Wij bouwen het systeem dat dat verandert. Betrouwbare operationele infrastructuur die werkt als het druk is, data die altijd klopt, en intelligentie die helpt zonder extra werk te creëren voor het team. Zodat operators van elke omvang en elk technisch niveau zich kunnen richten op hun gasten. Onze producten worden gebruikt op plekken als de Johan Cruijff ArenA , DGTL Festival en talloze lokale sportclubs en horecazaken , en alle locaties van onze grootste klanten zoals Sodexo , Compass en Appèl . Allemaal draaien ze dagelijks op Twelve om duizenden gasten te bedienen. Ons kantoor in Amsterdam is de thuisbasis van zo'n 100 Twelvers. Een plek waar dingen snel gaan, de impact direct zichtbaar is, en elke dag anders is. Om onze groei verder te versnellen, zoeken we een B u siness Development Manager : iemand met commerciële drive die nieuwe klanten wint in het SMB-segment en bijdraagt aan de slagkracht van het salesteam. Jouw rol Als Business Development Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van o mzet door actief nieuwe klanten te werven binnen het Small & Medium Business segment. De rol richt zich volledig op acquisitie: het identificeren van prospects , het voeren van relatief korte salescycli en het sluiten van deals voor kassa- en betaalsystemen. Relatiebeheer na onboarding ligt bij de Customer Success Managers; de BDM focust op het constant vullen en converteren van de pipeline.
