Voor een ambitieus familiebedrijf actief in hoogwaardige vloeroplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een Business Development Manager voor de DACH-regio. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar ondernemerschap, persoonlijke groei en duurzame klantrelaties centraal staan. Deze functie is ideaal voor een commerciële professional die energie haalt uit het openen van deuren, het uitbouwen van markten en het creëren van langdurige partnerships.

Jobomschrijving

  • Actief uitbouwen van de DACH-markt en identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Nieuwe klanten aantrekken via prospectie, telefonische contacten, e-mailcampagnes en gerichte marktbenadering.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een bestaande klantenportefeuille.
  • Regelmatige bezoeken aan klanten en prospecten in Duitsland, gemiddeld ongeveer 1,5 week per maand.
  • Marktsegmenten analyseren en nieuwe distributiekanalen in kaart brengen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne sales collega's om commerciële kansen maximaal te verzilveren.
  • Een kwalitatieve sales pipeline opbouwen en onderhouden.
  • Uitgroeien tot een expert binnen het productgamma en de relevante markten.
  • Onderhandelingen voeren met aankoopverantwoordelijken, zaakvoerders en andere beslissingsnemers.
  • Actieve bijdrage leveren aan de commerciële strategie en groeidoelstellingen binnen de DACH-regio.
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële buitendienstfunctie met een sterke focus op business development.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Duits, Nederlands en Engels.
  • Energie halen uit prospectie, netwerken en het openen van nieuwe deuren.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig binnen Duitsland te reizen.
  • Een ondernemende ingesteldheid gecombineerd met de waarden hungry, humble en smart.
  • Je woont binnen het uur rijden van Ronse/Oudenaarde.
