Je helpt hotels, restaurants, beachclubs, cateraars en evenementenlocaties aan goede mensen, haalt nieuwe klanten binnen en geeft je eigen markt, aanpak en portefeuille vorm met veel vrijheid.Je werkt vanuit het kantoor van The Keepers in Breda en richt je op een logisch klantcluster of regio. Dat bepaal je samen op basis van waar de meeste kansen liggen. Je werk kan je brengen van een afspraak bij een vijfsterrenhotel naar de lunch met het kantoorteam, het bijwerken van je mail, het nabellen van een evenementenlocatie en het voorstellen van kandidaten bij een beachclub die je de vorige week hebt gesproken. Je beweegt tussen sales, horeca en recruitment en ziet direct wat je werk oplevert.Over The KeepersThe Keepers werkt voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers in horeca en hospitality en helpt horecabedrijven aan goede mensen voor zowel flexibele inzet als vaste functies. De klanten zijn hotels, restaurants, cateraars, vakantieparken, leisurebedrijven, strandpaviljoens en evenementenlocaties. Het interne team bestaat nu uit 11 mensen en groeit naar verwachting komend jaar door naar 15 tot 20 collega's. Het team werkt hard, schakelt snel en luncht, sport, borrelt en doet ook graag leuke dingen samen.De rolDit is een commerciële rol voor iemand die energie krijgt van nieuwe kansen. Je doet zelf acquisitie, plant afspraken, maakt voorstellen, bespreekt offertes en bouwt stap voor stap je eigen portefeuille op.
