Ben jij een geboren netwerker die graag nieuwe markten ontwikkelt en commerciële kansen omzet in duurzame samenwerkingen? Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de bouwgerelateerde sector zoeken we een Business Development Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de verdere groei van het klantenbestand in Vlaanderen.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de uitbouw van een groeiende markt. Je combineert commerciële slagkracht met technisch inzicht en bouwt actief aan langdurige relaties met professionele klanten.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Business Development Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw regio en focus je voornamelijk op het creëren van nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten. Je onderzoekt het marktpotentieel, legt contacten met prospecten en begeleidt hen naar een succesvolle samenwerking.

Daarnaast onderhoud je bestaande klantenrelaties en zorg je ervoor dat lopende projecten en commerciële afspraken nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Actief identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe klanten en marktkansen.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk binnen de bouw- en outdoorsector.
  • Onderhouden en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Bezoeken van projecten en werven ter ondersteuning van klanten.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, onderhandelingen en commerciële dossiers.
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op vakbeurzen, evenementen en netwerkmomenten.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en marktinzichten aan het management.
  • Afspraken inplannen bij prospecten
  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of bouwgerelateerde omgeving is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten.
  • Prospectie schrikt jou niet af; je ziet het als een kans om deuren te openen en relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook thuis binnen een teamgerichte omgeving.
  • Je woont centraal in Vlaanderen en bent graag onderweg naar klanten.
