Voor een groeiende technische organisatie actief in HVAC-installaties en industriële wasserijsystemen zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Development Manager die de commerciële uitbouw van beide divisies mee op zich neemt. Een rol met veel vrijheid, veel variatie en een rechtstreekse impact op de groei van het bedrijf.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor verschillende gespecialiseerde productdomeinen.
  • Je bouwt een sterk klantennetwerk uit en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe markten en opportuniteiten.
  • Je prospecteert zelfstandig naar nieuwe klanten binnen de industriële sector en bouwt langetermijnrelaties op.
  • Je adviseert klanten over technische oplossingen zoals stoomketels, warmwaterketels en professionele wasserijsystemen.
  • Je werkt offertes en technische voorstellen op maat uit en volgt projecten op van A tot Z.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen de HVAC-divisie en de Laundry-divisie en speelt in op combinatiekansen.
  • Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen en denkt actief mee over de commerciële strategie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een technische opleiding richting elektromechanica of energietechnieken of een gelijkwaardige ervaring in de praktijk.
  • Affiniteit met industriële installaties en technische verkoop. Ervaring binnen HVAC of wasserijsystemen is een plus maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent een echte hunter: je wacht niet af maar gaat zelf op zoek naar nieuwe kansen.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
