Als Business Development Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het uitbreiden van onze marktpositie in de Benelux door strategische klantrelaties op te bouwen, innovatieve logistieke oplossingen te ontwikkelen en winstgevende contracten binnen te halen. Met focus op margebehoud werk je nauw samen met interne teams om duurzame groei te realiseren. WAAR KOM JE TE WERKEN? Je komt te werken bij Ground & Rail Benelux, onderdeel van CMA CGM Group, een wereldleider in logistiek en supply chain management. Met een focus op innovatie en klantgerichtheid bieden we volledige oplossingen in Wegvervoer, Spoorvervoer en Contractlogistiek. In de Benelux opereren we vanaf onze Control Tower, waar jij een sleutelrol speelt in het vormgeven van de toekomst van duurzame en efficiënte logistiek. WAT GA JE DOEN? - Proactief Weg- en Spoorvervoerkansen identificeren, benaderen en afsluiten via een adviserende verkoopbenadering. - Strategische accountplanning en gericht prospecteren om een sterke sales-pipeline te creëren. - Overtuigende commerciële voorstellen en tender-/RFP-antwoorden maken. - Contracten sluiten met senior beslissers en aanvraag-/tenderprocessen van begin tot implementatie beheren. - Nauw overleg met Operations, Finance, Pricing, Legal en IT om realistische, schaalbare oplossingen te garanderen. - Je eigen klantenportefeuille managen met focus op margeoptimalisatie en cross-sellingkansen. - Accurate registratie van salesactiviteiten in onze systemen.
