In regio Roeselare kom je terecht bij een gespecialiseerde machinebouwer binnen een duidelijke nichemarkt. De organisatie combineert technische knowhow met een innovatieve aanpak en staat bekend om haar klantgerichte oplossingen op maat. Dankzij een stabiele jaarlijkse groei van 10% en een omzet die inmiddels boven 12 miljoen euro ligt, blijft het bedrijf verder investeren in nieuwe projecten en internationale ambities.

Als Business Development Manager richt je je op het verder uitbouwen van de Europese markt. Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, legt nieuwe contacten en vertaalt klantbehoeften samen met interne collega’s naar haalbare technische oplossingen. Zo speel je een zichtbare rol in de verdere strategische groei van de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je verkent nieuwe markten binnen Europa en bouwt duurzame relaties op met industriële klanten
  • Vanuit jouw commerciële aanpak breng je opportuniteiten in kaart en overtuig je prospecten van de technische meerwaarde van maatwerkoplossingen
  • Samen met interne collega’s vertaal je klantbehoeften naar concrete concepten die technisch haalbaar en commercieel interessant zijn
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf bij klanten, volgt commerciële trajecten nauwgezet op en draagt bij aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten
  • Daarnaast denk je mee over de verdere marktpositionering en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de strategische groei van het bedrijf
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in business development, sales of accountmanagement binnen een technische context; kennis van machinebouw is een pluspunt
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans en Duits zijn sterke troeven
  • Bereid om je regelmatig binnen Europa te verplaatsen
