De organisatie werkt datagedreven, schakelt snel en geeft je als BDM veel ruimte om zelf koers te bepalen: dit is geen rol waarin je een bestaand draaiboek volgt, maar een waarin jij het speelveld in Nederland mee vormgeeft. Verantwoordelijkheden Als Business Development Manager ben jij vanaf dag één de strategische én operationele aanjager achter de groei in Nederland. Je bouwt en onderhoudt duurzame relaties met lokale merkhouders, fabrikanten en merchandisepartners, en bent daarbij de spil tussen de commerciële visie van het platform en wat de Nederlandse markt vraagt. Jij zorgt dat de juiste categorieën en partners aan boord komen, en dat hun performance naar een next level wordt getild. Eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen brand management, platform operations, e-commerce of retail development - Sterke data-analytische skills: je gebruikt data moeiteloos om trends te spotten, projecten te sturen en strategis...
