Jobomschrijving

Als Business Development Manager - Packaging - Major accounts zijn je verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Het identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen bij major accounts in de brede industrie (voeding, productie, retail, luxesegment, home care, dierenvoeding,...)
  • Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van langetermijn relaties ;
  • Het ontwikkelen van strategische plannen om verkoopdoelen te behalen ;
  • Het analyseren van markttrends en concurrentie om nieuwe groeimogelijkheden te signaleren ;
  • Het opstellen & presenteren van totaaloplossingen & onderhandelen van offertes en contracten ;
  • Het samenwerken met interne teams om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar oplossingen ;
  • Het rapporteren van commerciële resultaten aan het management ;
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf op beurzen en evenementen ;
  • Beheren van projecten hoofdzakelijk in Antwerpen/Limburg, evetueel Nederland & doorgroei internationaal.

Als Business Development Manager - Packaging - Major accounts heb je het volgende profiel :

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een relevante richting zoals bedrijfsmanagement, economie,...
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de verpakkingssector met mid of major accounts ;
  • Je houdt ervan om op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe opportuniteiten ;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden ;
  • Je bent strategisch sterk, hebt een analytische mindset en bent resultaatgericht ;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans & Nederlands ;
