Voor een innovatieve en groeiende internationale organisatie zoeken wij een Business Development Officer die mee wil bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties en commerciële successen.

Als Business Development Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in het identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en het ondersteunen van het commerciële team. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Je gaat actief op zoek naar potentiële klanten en brengt de juiste contactpersonen in kaart.

• Je benadert prospecten via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn.

• Je kwalificeert leads en plant afspraken in voor het commerciële team.

• Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van offertes, commerciële dossiers en tenders.

• Je beheert en actualiseert de sales pipeline.

• Je voert markt- en concurrentieanalyses uit en detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten.

• Je stelt commerciële rapporteringen en analyses op.

• Je ondersteunt bij klantpresentaties, marketingmateriaal en commerciële acties.

• Je draagt bij aan de online zichtbaarheid van de organisatie en ondersteunt bij beurzen, netwerkevents en evenementen. • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de commerciële werking en klantbeleving. Profiel

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
  • Je haalt energie uit het opbouwen van relaties en het creëren van nieuwe business opportuniteiten.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt makkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je combineert een analytische blik met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office. Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen business development, inside sales of een commerciële ondersteunende functie is een troef.
