Als Business Development Representative bij Effectory open je zelf nieuwe deuren bij HR-leiders, people leaders en andere belangrijke stakeholders. Je verdiept je in verschillende organisaties, ontdekt waar kansen liggen en creëert commerciële kansen. Je krijgt hiervoor een duidelijke lijst met accounts en contacten, waarmee wij in gesprek willen. Bijbehorende data en slimme AI-tools helpen jou in jouw dagelijkse werk. Jij brengt nieuwsgierigheid, eigenaarschap en de drive om te scoren. Dit is geen rol waarin je alleen inbound leads opvolgt. Je treedt proactief de markt op. Je onderzoekt, belt, schrijft, bezoekt evenementen, experimenteert en krijgt ook regelmatig "nee" te horen. Daar leer en groei je van. Met een uitgestippeld leerpad, coaching, call reviews en een zeer ervaren sales team om je heen om van te leren, stomen we jou in 2 jaar tijd klaar voor de rol van Account Executive. Je bouwt hiermee een robuust trackrecord op dat jou een vliegende start geeft in jouw commerciële loopbaan.
