Bij Blue10 zoeken we een Business Development Representative die de eerste deur opent naar nieuwe klanten. Jij bent degene die potentiële klanten weet te vinden en nieuwsgierig maakt naar wat Blue10 voor hen kan betekenen. Net van school of net gestart met werken? Perfect: dit is dé instapfunctie om jezelf in sales te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. WAT GA JE DOEN? - Je bouwt een scherpe prospectlijst op basis van ons ideale klantprofiel; - Je benadert potentiële klanten proactief via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn; - Je peilt de behoefte, stelt slimme vragen en kwalificeert leads tot Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's); - Je draagt gekwalificeerde leads warm en volledig gebriefd over aan het overige Sales team; - Je verstuurt pakkende, korte content via e-mail en LinkedIn die aanzet tot reactie; - Je houdt alles overzichtelijk bij in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM); - Je deelt je inzichten met het team, want samen bouwen we aan een gezonde pipeline. Vereisten WIE BEN JIJ? - Je bent Open, Positief, Praktisch en Ondernemend; - Je bent nieuwsgierig, doel/prestatiegericht, energie en niet bang om de telefoon te pakken; - Je bent leergierig, pakt feedback direct op en durft nieuwe aanpakken uit te proberen; - Sales ervaring? Niet nodig. Zin om te leren en te groeien? Onmisbaar. - Je hebt net een HBO-diploma op zak (of rondt deze binnenkort af) en uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
