Bouw mee aan de groei van een sterk Belgisch netwerk binnen de mobiliteits- en retailsector.

Voor een groeiende en innovatieve speler actief binnen de mobiliteits-, energie- en retailsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Development & Retail Specialist. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je commercieel inzicht met analytische vaardigheden en krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een uitgebreid netwerk van locaties verspreid over België.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar ondernemerschap, innovatie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je mee aan strategische projecten en commerciële opportuniteiten die de organisatie ondersteunen in haar verdere groei.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Als Business Development & Retail Specialist volg je de prestaties van het netwerk nauwgezet op en denk je actief mee over nieuwe commerciële kansen. Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande partners en ondersteunt de verdere uitbreiding van strategische samenwerkingen.
  • Daarnaast analyseer je marktontwikkelingen, verkoopresultaten en concurrentietrends, zodat je onderbouwde aanbevelingen kunt formuleren die bijdragen aan de commerciële groei van de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van bestaande partnerships en commerciële samenwerkingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van prijsstrategieën.
  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers, volumes en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Opvolgen van concurrentieactiviteiten en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete acties.
  • Opmaken en monitoren van forecasts en commerciële prognoses.
  • Ondersteunen van contractonderhandelingen en commerciële dossiers.
  • Identificeren van nieuwe businessopportuniteiten en groeimogelijkheden.
  • Actief bijdragen aan strategische projecten binnen de retail- en mobiliteitsomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met commerciële feeling.
  • Je hebt interesse in business development, retail en marktanalyse.
  • Kennis van contractbeheer of handelshuurwetgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
