pharmaceutical production, beverages, process water, and environmental safety. 1 Business Development & Sales Lead - Water Monitoring (m/f/d) What you will do

As our Business Development & Sales Lead for Water Monitoring, you will be responsible for

achieving ambitious sales targets. You will

* own the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing

* build repeatable sales processes and metrics

* develop strategic accounts in utilities and water monitoring

* test and scale channels such as trade fairs, partnerships, and digital channels

What you bring

* Proven B2B sales track record

* Experience building scalable sales processes, including CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and

automation tools

* Strong analytical mindset

* Confident engaging with customers across all channels - on stage, on social media, in

video content, and via email or phone

* High ownership, ambition, and drive to build

* Fluent German and English

* Willingness to travel frequently
