Jij richt je op de corporate markt van twee luxe hotels, beiden gelegen in het bruisende centrum van de stad. Met jouw commerciële scherpzinnigheid en gedrevenheid speel jij een sleutelrol in het uitbreiden van ons zakelijke klantenbestand en het versterken van de positie van onze hotels in de markt.Wat ga je doen als Business Development Specialist bij Inntel Hotels Als Business Development Specialist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de groei van de zakelijke markt voor Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark en Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre. Je bent voortdurend op zoek om nieuwe zakelijke relaties en kansen om ons netwerk uit te breiden. Jij bent het commerciële gezicht van het hotel en haalt energie uit de veelzijdigheid van de rol. Met jouw enthousiasme geef je rondleidingen aan (potentiële) klanten, ga je op pad met een salesactie in de omgeving, en volg je (warme) leads op om nieuwe samenwerkingen te realiseren.De twee hotels bieden samen 585 luxe hotelkamers, restaurants, uitgebreide Meeting & Events mogelijkheden en luxe wellness faciliteiten. Je denkt creatief mee met opdrachtgevers en weet de uitgebreide mogelijkheden van de hotels optimaal te benutten. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat zij goed geïnformeerd zijn over de verwachtingen van de zakelijke relaties. Je werkt intensief samen met de Cluster Sales Manager, Cluster Sales Executive en Executive Meetings & Events. Dit vind je leuk om te doen:· Op gestructureerde en zelfstandige wijze volg jij leads op en zorg je ervoor dat geen kans onbenut blijft;· Persoonlijk contact onderhouden met de klanten binnen jouw klantenportefeuille. Jij bouwt sterke relaties en weet in te spelen op de ontwikkelingen en behoeften;· Een veelzijdige salesrol, je bent zowel verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie van nieuwe klanten
