Wat ga je doen Als ervaren Business en Informatie Analist help jij onze klanten om hun doelstellingen te realiseren d.m.v. analyse, ontwerp en implementatie. Jij bent onder meer betrokken bij het inrichten en implementeren van nieuwe IT-oplossingen en bancaire producten, reduceren van kosten en risico's, en het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en de ondersteunende informatiesystemen. Jij pakt jouw rol in het Scrum-team als Customer Journey Expert, Feature Engineer of vervult de rol van Product Owner. Jij achterhaalt de wensen en eisen van de klant en stelt op een gestructureerde wijze de specificaties op die je uitlegt aan het development team. Hierbij denk jij mee over de grenzen van je eigen functie. Jij communiceert met belanghebbenden en adviseert over de gevolgen van hun eisen en wensen. Wat breng je mee Jij hebt een scherpe blik en bent oplossingsgericht. Door anderen te motiveren weet jij duidelijk richting te geven aan verandering. Jij bent proactief en een echte teamspeler. Jij kan goed schakelen met de business en de ontwikkelaars. Daarnaast heb jij: - Een relevante HBO of WO opleiding (Informatica, Informatiekunde of Bedrijfskundige richting) - 4-6 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een ICT-omgeving als Business/Informatie Analist of in soortgelijke rollen, zoals Functioneel Ontwerper of Business Proces Analist - Ervaring met development in Scrum-methodiek en werken in Agile team - Ervaring in het opstellen van use cases, user stories - Ervaring en kennis van banc...
