Dann gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft eines internationalen Produktionsstandortes. Als Business Excellence Manager*in identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale, treibst Verbesserungsprojekte voran und begleitest deren Umsetzung bis zum messbaren Erfolg. Dabei übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lean- und Business-Excellence-Kultur.

Diesen Bereich gestaltest du mit:

* Leitung und Umsetzung von Lean- und Six Sigma-Projekten zur Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität und Effizienz * Anwendung der DMAIC-Methodik zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung * Analyse komplexer Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen anhand von Daten und Kennzahlen * Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen, Kaizen-Aktivitäten und Moderation von Workshops * Coaching und Mentoring von Green Belts, Projektteams und Führungskräften * Entwicklung, Implementierung und Standardisierung nachhaltigen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen * Förderung einer datengetriebenen Verbesserungskultur innerhalb der Organisation * Unterstützung des Managements bei strategischen Verbesserungsinitiativen * Planung und Durchführung von Lean-Trainings, 5S-Initiativen sowie internen und externen Kaizen-Workshops * Organisation und Begleitung von Benchmark Besuchen und Austausch von Best Practices mit internationalen Standorten * Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Coaching, Moderation und Wissenstransfer

Das schätzen wir an dir:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Zertifizierung als Six Sigma Black Belt * Lean Green Belt Ausbildung bzw. die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten im Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Kaizen, Shopfloor Management und Operational Excellence * Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung mit statistischen Methoden und Auswertungstools * Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationskompetenz und Überzeugungskraft * Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
