Om ons Business Finance & Support-team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Business & Finance Support Officer. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en hecht team dat een centrale rol speelt in de consultancy- en outsourcingactiviteiten van Partena Professional.

Jouw missie? Zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve en financiële opvolging van de levenscyclus van klantcontracten, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende interne contactpersonen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Als Business & Finance Support Officer speel je een sleutelrol in de operationele opvolging van de consulting- en outsourcingactiviteiten:

  • Administratief beheer van klantcontracten
  • Opstellen en verzenden van contracten
  • Opvolgen van handtekeningen en activeren van projecten
  • Ondersteuning van consultants bij het invoeren en opvolgen van urenstaten
  • Opstellen en beheren van facturen
  • Opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen
  • Coördinatie met lead links, consultants en interne teams
  • Opstellen van eenvoudige rapporten in Salesforce voor meer ervaren profielen
  • Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen veranderen en waar samenwerking essentieel is.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring op het gebied van administratie of administratieve ondersteuning.
  • Ervaring in een gestructureerde omgeving (financiën, verzekeringen, administratieve ondersteuning...) is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met administratieve en IT-tools.
  • Kennis van Salesforce of vergelijkbare tools is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, zelfstandig en in staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren.
  • Je bent proactief, vindingrijk en hebt een goed gevoel voor prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden.
