Hoe jij het verschil maakt Je doorgrondt complexe organisatievraagstukken en vertaalt strategie naar een passende inrichting. Bijvoorbeeld: verantwoordelijkheden zijn onduidelijk, afdelingen werken langs elkaar heen of een nieuwe werkwijze landt niet. Jij onderzoekt de samenhang tussen structuur, sturing, processen, systemen, cultuur en gedrag, geeft een scherp advies en begeleidt de stap van richting naar praktijk. "Geef richting aan transities die de organisatie blijvend veranderen" - Je adviseert directie, management en teams over organisatie-inrichting en verandering. - Je helpt doelorganisaties, werkwijzen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en besluitvorming vormgeven. - Je leidt organisatiebrede transities en transformaties, van structuur tot gedrag. - Je helpt onze Way of Working verder ontwikkelen en toepassen. - Je verbetert processen en versterkt procesmanagement. - Je zorgt dat adviezen uitvoerbaar zijn en veranderingen blijvend worden geborgd.
